IBERO-ROMAN MARKET

· IBERO-ROMAN MARKET ·

AN AGE MARKET WITHIN YOUR REACH

'Macellum' It was the word that in times of the Roman Empire designated what we understand today by market.

Roman cities were true living markets, large commercial centers where peasants came to sell their products and where citizens and travelers could buy everything they needed.

Linares will become for a few days an ancient Roman city and will offer us all the most traditional crafts in the Ibero Roman Market where you can find crafts and themed products of the event such as wooden swords, jewelry or pieces with the symbols of Cástulo, as well as a children's playroom and even a ' tavern 'where to stop and have a snack.

In addition, enjoy attractions with Ibero-Roman aesthetics, workshops such as coin minting, pottery, blown glass and different animations such as musical parades, welcome dances to Caesar, fights between gladiators, fire dances as well as sale of slaves in the market, among others.
